Message from CEO
This month marks the five glorious anniversary of Beauty of Japan Tours. During this journey, we have achieved remarkable success, along with unprecedented challenges due to Covid -19, which has made us more resilient than ever before. Our humble beginning started with very limited capital and resources but with a big dream to be a reputed Destination Management Company in Japan.
Reflecting upon our past endeavors, we have been continuously empowering and building the capacity of local partner/s and staff. We have also been working actively with the goal to increase the market share and revenue of our international trade partners while supporting in launching 'Japan' products to new allies. With that being said, we had successfully operated thousands of tours of various sizes, provided unparalleled customer services to every single guest even during extreme natural calamities. As a result, our hard work was recognized by our partners, suppliers in Japan and overseas by voting us to be the winner as a leading DMC Japan which was awarded by World Travel Awards in 2018, 2020, 2021.
Despite the setback the travel industry is currently facing due to this pandemic, our team at Beauty of Japan Tours has never slowed down in re-engineering our work ethics, from improving governance, operations to sustainability practice. I am proud to share that our management and operations team are the brightest in the industry, who brought decades of collective experience, which is instrumental in focusing on our longer-term commitment towards the Inbound travel of Japan and beyond….Our vision firmly stands to continue our business by keeping a sustainable approach in our every touchpoint of operations, using robust technology for greater efficiency, train young talents in Japan and providing them with opportunities to be future leaders, and bringing longer-term business opportunities to all our suppliers. Most importantly, we want to strengthen our B2B relation with our global partners.
Our perseverance towards Inbound Travel Industry in Japan/Asia post-pandemic continues with a mantra to BUILD, BACK, BETTER! Therefore, after months of discussion with our team, we have decided to embrace this challenge as an opportunity to transform our company (Not change) by positioning with the new brand as B JAPAN TOURS. By setting DMC marketing strategically, we have decided to change the Sub-brand name to "B JAPAN TOURS" focusing on the Japan Market under "Beauty of Japan Tours" as we are planning to expand to other Asian countries in the future, as of now SOUTH KOREA will be the first one in our offering. Working team members are the same but we will change website domain as bjapantours.com
