SUSTAINABLE MEASURES

A. SPECIFIC MEASURES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION
Implementation of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) leads to resource saving and CO2 emission reduction that is a factor of global warming.
Reduce = reduce waste (waste prevention)
  • Reduce wasteful paper printing. (Reduction of paper pamphlets, conversion of provided materials to data, viewing of meeting materials on a PC, in-house printing as much as possible on both sides, reduced-size copy, black and white printing, etc.).
  • Use our own bottles and mugs to reduce waste from PET bottles.
  • Use our own bag (eco bag) to reduce the amount of garbage in shopping bags.
  • Decline unnecessary packaging and reduce wrapping paper.
  • Use ceramics, reusable tableware, biodegradable, plant-based plastics instead of plastics and Styrofoam products (use of cans, glass bottles, paper/wood/bamboo straws, etc.)

C. POWER AND WATER SAVING TOWARDS THE REDUCTION OF CO2 EMISSION, WHICH IS A FACTOR OF GLOBAL WARMING.
Power saving

  • Be sure to turn off the electricity, projector, display power, etc. in the unused conference room.

  • Turn off the power of the PC display after hours.
  • Set electric devices to energy saving mode as much as possible.
Water conservation (preventing waste of water resources and saving electricity (reducing CO2 emissions)
  • Try to save water in the toilet, hand wash, and sink.
D. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
  • Promote the less visited area by travelers to spread the income and defuse the mass tourist from popular sights.
  • Empower by building the capacity of relevant stakeholders interested in hosting the visitors.
