As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our fast-expanding team. Currently, we are broadening our presence in the Asian market, focusing on Leisure Groups, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and high-end clientele from the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and India. 

Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Executive as an Asian Market Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our inbound travelers for their travel arrangements. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including agents, hotels, and other suppliers, to ensure that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on travel trends and customer needs in the Asian market (e.g., Southeast Asia, India and Middle east). Analyze data related to inbound tourism to Japan from respective market.

  • Sales Strategy Planning and Execution: finagling the clients quotation develop and implement sales strategies to promote Japan, accommodations, and activities to Asian travel agencies and online platforms. Coordinate with Manager regarding all the bookings, modifications and cancellations, and communicate with suppliers by Fax and email. Take care of invoices, request payments, follow up pre-pay, post-pay, deposit invoices from each supplier, maintain booking information in the designated sheets and share with manager

  • Building Relationships with Travel Agencies and Partners: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with travel agencies, agents, in the Asian market., Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with partner companies. Travel arrangements for inbound travelers, including hotel reservations, activities and transportation. Stay up to date on travel trends and regulations. Travel Product and Package Development, Design and develop Japan travel products and packages tailored to the needs of customers in the Asian market. Collaborate with tourism facilities, accommodations, and transportation providers to deliver attractive travel experiences.

  • Managing Promotional Activities: Plan and manage advertising campaigns and events targeted at the Asian market. Utilize digital marketing tools such as social media and websites to promote services.

  • Customer Support and Feedback Management: Handle inquiries and reservations from travelers coming from Asia promptly. Collect feedback from customers and integrate it into service improvements.

  • Travel Trend and Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors&; activities in the Asian market and identify areas for improvement in the company&;s offerings.

  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market data. Present findings and recommendations to management.

  • Utilizing Cross-Cultural Skills: Leverage cultural understanding to provide appropriate and courteous services to Asian customers.

  • Other Duties: Coordinate with internal departments, participate in related events, and undertake business trips as required.
     

Qualifications:

  • Fluent/ business level in Japanese (N2) and English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proven Sales Expertise, Market Knowledge.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Having experience working in the service industry is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Multilingual and Culturally Adaptable

  • Travel Service Silence Holder Preferred (Domestic or General)

 
Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: ¥250,000 ~ ¥400,000 incl. overtime as per company policy.

  • Transportation allowance is provided.

  • Salary increase based on individual evaluation of KPI.

Additional Information:

  • Work Hours and Days:

    • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with one hour break).

    • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, other company-designated holidays.
